Walking and cycling in and around some of our increasingly congested townships and villages in Wingecarribee Shire can be dangerous. Improving pathways infrastructure makes it safer for all residents and visitors to reach their destinations. With the provision for pedestrians and cyclists to travel off-road, where possible, motorists are not put into dangerous situations swerving to miss someone they have not been able to see due to visibility issues.

Cycling black spots in the Wingecarribee Shire

We have started to identify and document bike blackspots within our region for public awareness and the aim to work with council to find a solution for each of them.
